Bugaboo 2011

Our classes will last approximately one hour and will encompas warmup, skill/strength, the workout (or WOD), cool down, and discussion.  Please be on time.

It is important to note that Unlimited memberships come with many additional privledges including access to open gym hours, running and olympic lifting classes, childcare* and discounted seminars.  See schedule below for details of some of these privledges on the schedule.

*Childcare available to unlimited members only and will only be available at the TuThSat 9am class.

SCHEDULE:

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY:
CrossFit Group Classes @ 5:00am, 6:00am, 12noon, 5:00pm, 6:00pm & 7:00pm

TUESDAY & THURSDAY:

BootCamp @ 5:00am*
CrossFit Group Classes @ 6:00am, 9am**, 12noon, 5:00pm & 6:00pm
Olympic Lifting Class @ 7:00pm - Open to unlimited members only.
*BootCamp classes are open to all of our members as well as BootCamp only members.
**Basic childcare will be available during the Tues/Thurs 9:00am class only on a first come first serve basis for unlimited members only 

FRIDAY:
CrossFit Group Classes @ 6:00am, 12noon, 4:30pm & 5:30pm

SATURDAY:
CrossFit Team Workout @ 9:00am - Basic childcare will be available during the Saturday 9:00am class on a first come first serve basis for unlimited members only.
CrossFit Advanced Class @ 10:30am - This will be a challenging class with advanced skills.

** The 1st and 3rd Saturday of Each Month During the Summer will be a Park WOD at 10am, it will replace the 9am and 10:30am gym WODs and will be at a TBD park location.  Details will be released well in advance.  It could be anything outdoors or maybe even a Swim WOD!** - BE SURE TO CHECK THE EVENTS SECTION ON THE LEFT SIDEBAR TO BE SURE THERE IS NOT A DIFFERENT EVENT!!

SUNDAY:
The 4th Sunday of Each Month will be a Hero WOD day.  This class will be at a TBD time and will not be coached.  It will be a group of us getting together for a tough Hero WOD.  It is open to all members and you will be able to scale, but the movements will not be coached, the coach will likely be participating. - BE SURE TO CHECK THE EVENTS SECTION ON THE LEFT SIDEBAR TO BE SURE THERE IS NOT A DIFFERENT EVENT!!

OPEN GYM HOURS - AVAILABLE TO UNLIMITED MEMBERS ONLY:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 1pm to 5pm
Open gym hours is time that unlimited membership athletes can come into the gym to workout, lift, practice skills, etc.  There will be a coach on site but the coach may or may not be available for instruction.  You are on your own during this time and expected to use the space safely and responsibly.
